Accomplishments of Operation Rescue

Airlifting People to Saftey
In the early stage of the Afghan Crisis in 2021, Operation Rescue was instrumental in airlifting 372 people to safety amidst extreme danger, requiring multi-faceted remote collaboration and coordination, detailed planning, timely precision, and courage. Facing constant threat, this mission focused on safely evacuating those targeted for supporting allied forces or humanitarian work. Thanks to the dedication of those involved, many lives were saved by moving individuals from high-risk zones to safe havens without any loss of life.

Beyond this one time airlift, 93 individuals have arrived safely in third country destinations who at one time or another and in various manners were assisted by Operation Rescue services.

Overland Evacuations
Operation Rescue conducts overland evacuations with exceptional care, employing surveillance teams and strategic planning to ensure the safe passage of those fleeing imminent threats. Each mission is carefully mapped, using real-time intelligence to avoid danger and find secure routes across borders. This vigilant approach allows Operation Rescue to move people discreetly and effectively, ensuring they reach safe ground even amidst high-risk conditions. Thus far, OR has assisted 92 individuals via overland routes.

Safe Houses
Safe houses in Afghanistan and neighboring countries provide critical refuge for those facing immediate threats. Strategically placed for discretion, these locations are secured with reinforced gates, monitoring systems, and trusted manager and local guards. Inside, individuals and families find shelter, basic necessities, and a network that supports communication with loved ones and guidance for relocation. In neighboring countries, these safe houses also facilitate legal assistance, helping prepare occupants for resettlement. This secure environment allows vulnerable individuals to wait peaceably for their immigration pathway to finalize and open.
